Eligibility Criteria for Branch Manager, GM, Dy. GM and Dy. Chief Manager Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Branch Manager: candidate should have completed First Class Graduate (Except Arts) and Post-Graduation /CA degree/ JAIIB/CAIIB certificate with minimum 07 Years’ experience with a Nationalized Bank in supervisory category, for PG minimum experience required is 03 years and for CA the minimum experience is 02 years.

General Manager: candidate should have completed First Class Graduate (Except Arts) and Post-Graduation /CA degree/ JAIIB/CAIIB certificate with minimum 15 Years’ experience with a Nationalized Bank in supervisory category

Deputy General Manager: candidate should have completed First Class Graduate (Except Arts) and Post-Graduation /CA degree/ JAIIB/CAIIB certificate with minimum 15 Years’ experience with a Nationalized Bank as AGM.

Deputy Chief Manager:  candidate should have completed First Class Graduate (Except Arts) and Post-Graduation /CA degree/ JAIIB/CAIIB certificate with minimum 10 Years’ experience with a Nationalized Bank in supervisory category.

Selection Process for Branch Manager, GM, Dy. GM and Dy. Chief Manager Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of experience and performance in the interview.
