RRC SECR Recruitment 2025: Railway Recruitment Cell has released the official notification for the engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rule 1992 in Nagpur Division & Workshop Motibagh of South East Central Railway for the year 2025-26. Interested and eligible candidates can find detailed information and apply for these positions on the official website – secr.indianrailways.gov.in. The online application process commenced on April 5, 2025 and the last day to apply online is May 4, 2025.

A total of 1007 apprentices will be recruited, for whom the candidates should have done matriculation or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised institution approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.

• Click on the apply button for the RRC SECR apprenticeship.
• Fill in the necessary details to obtain the registration number
• Log in using the registration number and password.
• Read the instructions carefully and complete the application form.
• Upon submission, a unique number will be generated.
• Download and print the application form for future reference.

RRC SECR Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the announced vacancies must have passed matriculation class 10 with a minimum of 50% from a recognised board. Along with this, candidates must hold the 

Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) with a minimum of 50% marks in National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.

Candidates must enter their 10th and ITI marks correctly on the portal. No prior job experience is required. However, those who have already completed apprenticeship training in any organisation are not eligible to apply again.

RRC SECR Recruitment 2025: Selection Procedure

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the merit list prepared by the RRC. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of 

• Aggregate marks obtained in Class 10 (minimum 50%) and ITI marks.
• In case of a tie, older candidates will be preferred.
• Further ties will be resolved by considering the date of passing the matriculation.
• Medical fitness and document verification are compulsory for final selection
