RRCNES Recruitment 2016 for 10 Consultant and Facilitator Posts, Apply by 16 July

RRCNES invited applications for recruitment to the post for Consultant, Sr. Consultant, State Facilitator and IT Manager. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through the prescribed format on or before 16 July 2016 (04PM).

Under RRCNES Recruitment 2016 out of total 10 posts, 01 Post each is for Senior Consultant ( Public Health Planning), Consultant (Community Process), Consultant (Public Health Planning), IT Manager, Consultant ( Community Process, Arunachal Pradesh), Consultant (Community Process, Mizoram), Consultant, (Community Process, Nagaland),  State Facilitator( Meghalaya ), State Facilitator (Nagaland) and  State Facilitator (Sikkim).

Eligibility for Senior Consultant (Public Health Planning): candidate should have Post Graduate degree  in Public  Health  Management  /  Preventive  &  Social  Medicine  or  any postgraduate  medical  qualification  with  minimum  of  10  years  of  post  qualification  work experience in the field of public health. Should be proficient in use of data base management programme and MS Office and should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility for Consultant (Community Process): candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Social Science / Rural Development with minimum 05 years post qualification experience in community mobilization or related field with a minimum 03 Years experience in health sector. Should be proficient in MS Office and should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility for Consultant (Public Health Planning): candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in    Public Health Management/ Preventive & Social Medicine/Community Medicine or Masters in Public health or Community health with 05 years post qualification experience in Health Systems Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery. Candidate should be Proficient in Computer usage with high level of familiarity in MS Office.

Eligibility for IT Manager: candidate should have BE (Computer Science)/ MCA from AICTE recognized institution with 05 years’ post qualification including maintenance of LANs. Candidate should be Proficient in Computer usage with high level of familiarity in MS Office.

Eligibility for Consultant (Community Process, Arunachal Pradesh): candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Social Science / Rural Development with minimum 03 years post qualification experience in community mobilization or related field with minimum 02 Years experience in health sector. Candidate should have Excellent  communication  and  presentation  skills  and  analytical  abilities,  excellent  oral  and written  communication  skills  in  English  and  Hindi with  working  knowledge  of  one  or  more language of North East and Good oral presentation and writing skills.

Eligibility for Consultant (Community Process, Mizoram): candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Social Science / Rural Development with minimum 03 years post qualification experience in community mobilization or related field with minimum 02 Years experience in health sector. Candidate should have Excellent  communication  and  presentation  skills  and  analytical  abilities,  excellent  oral  and written  communication  skills  in  English  and  Hindi with  working  knowledge  of  one  or  more language of North East and Good oral presentation and writing skills.

Eligibility for State Facilitator (Nagaland): candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in    Public Health Management/ Preventive & Social Medicine/Community Medicine or Masters in Public health or Community health with 03 years’ post qualification experience in Health Systems Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery. Candidate should be Proficient in Computer usage with high level of familiarity in MS Office.

Eligibility for State Facilitator (Sikkim): candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in    Public Health Management/ Preventive & Social Medicine/Community Medicine or Masters in Public health or Community health with 03 years’ post qualification experience in Health Systems Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery. Candidate should be Proficient in Computer usage with high level of familiarity in MS Office.
