Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• G.M. (Technical): Graduation in Engineering and Post Graduation in Business Administration, BE/B.Tech/BSc in Civil/Transportation Engineering with minimum 15 years professional Experience.
• Project Manager (Technical): BE/B.Tech/BSc in IT/Computer Science with minimum 8 years professional Experience.
• Project Manager (Construction): BE/B.Tech/BSc in Urban Infrastructure/Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering with minimum 8 years professional Experience.
• Project Manager (Planning): B. Planning (Town Planning)/Architecture with minimum 8 years professional Experience.
• Project Manager (Contract & Procurement): BE/B.Tech/BSc in Civil with MBA and minimum 8 years professional Experience.
• Accountant: Graduation in commerce/ICWA Intermediate/CA Intermediate with minimum 3 years Experience.
• Steno-cum-PS: Graduation with Shorthand writing. Speed of 100 words/minute in English and 80 words/minute in Hindi. Typing Speed of 40 words/minute in English and 35 words/minute in Hindi.
• OSD to CMD: MBA with 5 years experience as OSD.
• Manager (Procurement): Degree in civil engineer with MBA/Management and 2 years experience related to Drafting RFP, Tender Document, MOU, MOA etc.
• Manager (Urban Infrastructure): Master in Urban Infrastructure with 4 years experience in Urban Infrastructure.
• Manager (Transportation): ME/M.Tech in Civil Engineer/transportation Engineer and 2 years experience in formulation, design, implementation and management of transportation infrastructure.
• Manager (IT): ME/M.Tech in Computer Science with 3 years related experience or MCA with 4 years related experience or MBA (IT)/MSc in Computer/IT/Computing with 6 years related experience.
• Manager (Administration): MBA with 6 years experience in HR, Administration management related works.
• Manager (Finance): MBA in finance/M.Com with 7 years experience or ICWA Final/CA Final with 4 years experience.
• Manager (Town Planning): B. Planning (Town Planning)/Architecture and Master in Planning with minimum 2 years experience in Urban sector.
• Manager (Water & Sewage): Master Degree in Public Policy or Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering, with 4 years experience.
• Public Relation Officer: PG/PGDMC/Master in Mass Communication/Journalism with 3 years experience.
• Cashier: Graduation in commerce/ICWA Intermediate/CA Intermediate with minimum 2 years Experience.

Age Limit for Manager, Project Manager & Other posts

• Not exceeding 60 years for post no. 1 to 5
• Not exceeding 45 years for post no. 6 to 23.
