Eligibility Criteria for Registrar, LDC, Medical Officer and Other Job

Educational Qualification:

  • Registrar: i) Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

ii) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration

or

Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education

or

15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

  • Finance Officer: i) Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

ii) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration

or

Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education.

or

15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

  • Controller of Examinations: i) Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

ii) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.

  • Medical Officer: Post Graduate in Medicine from a University/institution recognized by the Medical Council of India

OR

MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India with relevant working experience of two years in Government Hospital or Hospital recognized by the Government or corporate hospital.

  • Private Secretary: 1. A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.

2. At least 03 Years experience as Personal Assistant in a University/ Research establishment/ Central/ State Govt. /PSU and other autonomous bodies.

3. English/Hindi Stenography speed:120 wpm in English or 100 wpm in Hindi

4. English/Hindi Type speed: 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m.in Hindi.

5. Knowledge of computer applications.

  • Nursing Officer: I (i) B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.

or

Regular course in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.

or

Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.

(ii) registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Midwife (RN or RN and RM) with State Nursing Council;

(iii) Six months experience in minimum fifty bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification above.

or

II. (i) Diploma in General Nursing Mid-wifery from a recognized Board or Council;

(ii) Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Midwife (RN or RN and RM) with State Nursing Council;

(iii) Two and a half years experience in minimum fifty bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned at II (i) above.

  • Preservation Assistant: (i) Shastri or an equivalent degree in Sanskrit from a recognised University/Institute.

(ii) PG Diploma in Manuscriptology from a recognised University/Institute

  • Semi Professional Assistant: Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Science from any recognised University/Institution

OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Library/ Library and Information Science from a recognised Institute/ University with two years relevant experience in a University/ Research Establishment / Central / State Govt./ PSU Autonomous Institutions.

  • Pharmacist: (i) 10 + 2 plus with Diploma in Pharmacy (2 years duration)

(ii) Registration with State Pharmacy Council.

  • Health Inspector: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognised University/Institute.

Or

12th Class or equivalent from a recognised Board/University with Diploma in Hospital & Health Care Management or equivalent

(ii) One year experience in public health related set up preferably in university health centre/ hospital.

  • Laboratory Technician: 10+2 with Science subjects and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from any Govt. recognized university/ institution with two years relevant experience.

Or

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/ Technology from a recognized university/institution with one year relevant experience.

  • Technical Assistant (Computers): B.E/B.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering / Information Technology) Or Equivalent.

OR

Master in Computer Application (MCA) or equivalent.

OR

M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Science) from a recognized University /Institute.

OR

B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BCA from recognized University or Institute with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.

OR

Three years Diploma in relevant field from a recognized Polytechnic / Institute with minimum 3 years experience in Government organization / reputed private organization with annual turnover of Rs.200/-  Crores or above.

  • Library Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science.(B.Lib)

OR

10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board and Diploma/Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized institution with at least two years experience in the relevant field.

  • Lower Division Clerk: (i) A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.

(ii) English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm on computer only (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500KDPH/ 9000KDPH on an average of 5 Key depressions for each work)

iii) Proficiency in Computer Operations.

  • Library Attendant: i) 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board.

ii) Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution.

iii) Two years of experience in a University/ College/ Educational Institution Library.

  • Medical Attendant/Dresser: (i) 10+2 with Biology subject or equivalent from a recognized Board

(ii) Two years’ experience in at least 50 bedded Govt./ corporate hospital and with elementary knowledge of first aid or handling of dressing wounds.

  • Laboratory Attendant (Education): 10+2 with Science stream from any recognized Central/State Board

OR

10th pass from any recognized Central/State Board with Science as one of the subjects and two years experience in Laboratory of recognized University/Institution/College.
