Eligibility Criteria for Stenographer, Assistant Editor and other Job

• Assistant Editor: 1. A Post Graduate(PG) degree from a recognized University in a literature/language recognized by the Akademi.

2. Good knowledge of English/Hindi and one or more Indian languages of the region concerned.
3. Basic knowledge of computer application.Age Limit: 40 years.

• Sales-cum-Exhibition Assistant: 1. Graduate or relevant qualification from a recognized University or institution.

2. Three years experience in a publishing house or a distribution agency of repute or a Government undertaking concerned with book publishing.
3. Basic knowledge of computer application.Age Limit: 40 years.

• Senior Accountant: 1. Graduation in Commerce from a recognized University.

2. 05 years experience in accounting.
3. Knowledge of government rules and regulations.
4. Ability to prepare various forms of accounts.
5. Basic knowledge of computer application.Age Limit: 40 years.

• Proof Reader cum General Assistant: 1. Graduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution with Hindi/English as a subject.

2. Ability to read proofs in Hindi/English.
3. Proficiency in Hindi/English.
4. Basic knowledge of computer application.
5. Desktop publishing applications.
6. 02 years experience as proof reader.Age Limit: 30 years.

• Senior Library & Information Assistant: 1. Bachelor of Library Science.

2. Five (05) years exp.in a Library of standing.
3. Good knowledge of computer application in Library.Age Limit: 30 years.

• Stenographer Grade II: 1.10+2 (Class 12th) or equivalent qualification from recognized board or institution.

2. 80 word per minute speed in shorthand and good speed in typing in Hindi/English.
3. Good knowledge in computer application.
4. One year experience as Stenographer.Age Limit: 30 years.
