What After SBI PO Mains Result?
Now SBI will conduct a psychometric test, group exercises, and interviews of the candidates who got selected in the main examination. The next process of SBI PO is scheduled to be conducted from January 16 onwards.
The psychometric test for SBI PO will be conducted for 90 minutes. The SBI PO psychometric test will be conducted online. The purpose of psychometric tests is to evaluate a person's cognitive abilities, behavioural characteristics, and other psychological characteristics.
In the final selection procedure, SBI will conduct the group exercise and interview on the same day. In the group exercise, the candidates will be divided into teams of 10–12 members, where they will exchange ideas to reach the common goal
