Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad, is one of the nine units under the “Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited” (SPMCIL) -- a Miniratna Category-I, Central Public Sector Enterprise Company, wholly owned by Government of India.
SPMCIL, under the administrative control of Ministry of Finance, has been incorporated with the objective of designing, manufacturing / printing security documents, currency and bank notes, non-judicial stamp papers, minting of coins, postage stamps, etc.
The Company has its Registered and Corporate Office at Jawahar Vyapar Bhavan, Janpath, New Delhi, four Minting Units at Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Noida, four Currency / Security Printing Presses at Nashik, Dewas and Hyderabad and a high quality Paper manufacturing Mill at Hoshangabad.
The Paper manufacturing Mill at Hoshangabad (SPM) issued notification for selection of 143 “Workmen ITI in a phased manner”. Interested candidates should send their applications till 16 July 2013.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written test followed by personnel Interview.

Travel Allowance: SC / ST candidates coming from places 30 kms or more away will be reimbursed IInd Sleeper / Second Class (Non A/C) Railway fare from the nearest Railway Station by train or bus fare, if the stations are not connected by Rail, on production of travel proof.
Application fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs.100 has to be paid through a Bank Demand Draft issued only by any branch of State Bank of India, drawn in favour of General Manager, Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad & payable at State Bank of India, SPM Branch, Hoshangabad (M.P.).
Candidates should write their name & address on the back side of the DD.
SC / ST / PH candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their application, in the prescribed format, along with self attested copies of relevant certificates / documents and fee DD in original to ‘The General Manager, Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad - 461 005’ through registered / speed post so as to reach the said office by 16 July 2013.
