Eligibility Criteria for 12 Director & Managerial Job

Educational Qualification:

• Director (Project Development Facility): Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in a post in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6,600/- or equivalent; and Minimum twelve years experience out of which at least five years should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc. of projects preferably in agri-business/ agro-processing/ agro-marketing/ agro-allied projects.

• Deputy Director (Project Development Facility): Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in a post in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/- or equivalent; and Minimum ten years experience out of which at least five years should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc. of projects preferably in agri-business/ agro-processing/ agro-marketing/ agro-allied projects.

• Deputy Director (Administration): Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in a post in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/- or equivalent; and Minimum ten years experience out of which at least five years should be in Administration/Personnel Management/Human Resource Development, Finance & Accounts.
• Legal Officer: Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with three (03) years regular service in a post in the Pay Band-2, Rs.9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- or equivalent with minimum three years experience in dealing with matters under Companies Law and arbitration.

• Executive Private Secretary: Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with three years regular service in a post in the Pay Band-2, Rs.9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4,200/- or equivalent with minimum three years experience in English Shorthand, Typing and working knowledge of computer applications in MS Office, Excel, Internet, E-mail etc.

• Private Secretary: Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in a post in the Pay Band- 1, Rs.5,200-20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- or equivalent with minimum five years experience in English/Hindi Shorthand with a speed of 100/80 w.p.m., English/Hindi Typing Speed of 40 w.p.m. and working knowledge of computer applications in MS Office, Excel, Internet, Email etc.

• General Manager (Venture Capital): Holding analogous post on regular basis; or three years regular service in a post not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or equivalent; and  Minimum twelve years experience in the banking sector out of which at least five years should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc. of projects preferably in agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/ agro-allied projects.

• Dy. General Manager (Venture Capital): Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in a post not below the rank of Assistant General Manager or equivalent; and Minimum ten years experience in the banking sector out of which at least five years should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc. of projects preferably in agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/ agro-allied projects.

• Dy. General Manager (Legal): Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in a post not below the rank of Assistant General Manager(Legal) or equivalent; and Minimum ten years experience in the banking sector out of which at least five years should be in Companies Law, Legal and Arbitration matters

• Senior Manager (Venture Capital): Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service in a post not below the rank of Deputy Manager in RBI/NABARD/State Bank of India/Nationalized Public Sector Banks or equivalent; and Minimum five years experience in the banking sector out of which at least three years should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc. of projects preferably in agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/agro-allied projects.

Age Limit for 12 Director & Managerial Job: Not more than 56 years
