Eligibility Criteria for Addl/ Jt Director and Other Posts
Educational Qualification:
Additional/ Joint Director/ Sr. Assistant Director – Possess CA or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or MBA (Finance) or Post- Graduate Diploma in respective discipline.
Sr. Assistant Director (Investigation)/ Private Secretary – Possess Bachelor’s Degree in the respective discipline.
Deputation Basis:
Officers working under the Central Govt. or State Govt. or Union Territories or PSUs or Statutory and Autonomous bodies etc. :
- Holding the analogous posts or equivalent on Regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- With 05 (five) years or 02/ 03 years (whichever applicable) of relevant experience of the regular service in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent; and
- Possessing Professional Degree in respective discipline.
Experience Required to apply for Addl/ Jt Director and Other Posts: having relevant of experience in the concerned field for the respective post.
Additional Director :– 10 years.
Joint Director :- 08 years.
Sr. Assistant Director :- 02 or 03 years (whichever applicable).
Age Limit for Addl/ Jt Director and Other Posts
Gen: Maximum Age Limit for the appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on last date of receipt of application.
