Eligibility Criteria for Port Manager and Other Posts Job
Educational Qualification:
- Port Manager - Holding COC of Master (FG) issued by D.G. Shipping, India
- Deputy Port Manager- Holding COC of Chief Mate (F.G.) or Master (FG) issued or recognized by D.G. Shipping, India.
- VTS Supervisor- Certificate of Competency as Master Near Coastal Vessel (N.C.V.) or Mate (FG) (b) Five years experience of Sea-service of which one year shall be as the Chief Officer of the Near Coastal Vessel (N.C.V.) or Mate of foreign going (FG) Vessel. (Sea service means the duties performed by an individual holding the appropriate continuous Discharge Certificate either on home trade or foreign going ships defined under Merchant Shipping Act 1958).
