Eligibility Criteria for Faculty and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Professor: candidate should have completed PhD in concerned/allied/relevant discipline, should have minimum 10 years teaching/research/extension education experience, and should have 10 publications in his name. Minimum API as set by PBAS is required.
Associate Professor: candidate should have completed PhD in concerned/allied/relevant discipline, should have minimum 8 years teaching/research/extension education experience, and should have 5 publications in his name. Minimum API as set by PBAS is required.
Assistant Professor: candidate should have Master’s degree with minimum 55% percent and should have qualified NET conducted by UGC/CSIR/ASRB etc.
Subject Matter Specialist: candidate should have Master’s degree with minimum 55% percent from a recognised university in concerned subject.
Programme Coordinator: candidate should have completed PhD in concerned/allied/relevant discipline, should have minimum 8 years teaching/research/extension education experience, and should have 5 publications in his name. Minimum API as set by PBAS is required.
Selection Process for Faculty and Other Posts
Candidates will be selected as per the university recruitment norms set on the guidelines as prescribed by the UGC.
