Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test is another important management entrance examination that grants admission to all the Post-Graduate Institutes under Symbiosis International University (SIU).
SNAP is held in a single day and is conducted in pen-paper mode. The exam covers four sections which comprises of 180 multiple choice questions. But this there is a change in the number of questions which are asked to test the aptitude of the aspirants. Unlike 2015, this year, aspirants will see 150 questions which indicate that 30 questions less from the last year.

SNAP which comprises of multiple choice questions, and is a paper pen based MBA aptitude exam will be of 2 hours duration from 2 PM to 4 PM to be held in a single day on December 18, 2018.
Revised Exam Pattern of SNAP 2016 will see major changes in two sections:
- Analytical & Logical Reasoning Section: Unlike previous year, in SNAP 2016, instead of usual 40 questions, the exam will carry 30 questions of 2 marks each. This indicates that the Analytical & Logical Reasoning section will be of 60 marks and each question will carry 2 marks instead of 1 mark.
- General Awareness (GK/Current Affairs) Section: This section will carry questions from the current affairs section (happenings/events from last 2 years only). Most interesting fact is that no questions from static GK will be asked in this year. There will be 30 questions of 1 mark each in this section.
