- Assistant Manager (R & D): First class B.Tech/B.E. in the area of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/Metallurgy/Pulp & Paper OR First class full-time M.Sc. in Chemistry. Age Limit: 30 years as on 18 November 2020.
- Assistant Manager (HR): First class full-time Master Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective from recognized University/Management Institute. Age Limit: 30 years as on 18 November 2020.
- Assistant Manager (Legal): First class degree in Law (Regular course) from Govt. recognized University/Institute. Age Limit: 30 years as on 18 November 2020.
