SSC CGL Tier 2 Result 2019: Staff Selection Commission has released the result of Objective type exam 2 for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Today. All such candidates who have appeared in the SSC CGL 2 Exam can now check the result on the SSC website www.ssc.nin.in.
A total number of 5009 candidates qualified for appearing in Tier-III Exam for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer.
On the other hand, A total number of 2672 candidates qualified for appearing in Tier-III Exam for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer.
While, 50240 candidates declared qualified for he posts other than Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, and Junior Statistical Officer.
Candidates who will qualify in the SSC CGL Paper 2 exam will appear for SSC CGL Tier3. Tier 3 is a descriptive type of paper in which candidates will have to write essays, precise, application, etc. either in Hindi or in English.
SSC CGL Tier 2 2018-19 exam was conducted from 11 September 2019 to 14th September 2019. There were 500 multiple choice questions from Quantitative Abilities, English Language and Comprehension, Statistics and General Studies. Negative marking has also been done in Paper 2 (English Language and Comprehension). 0.25 is deducted for each wrong answer. The marks of the SSC Tier 2 Exam will be considered in the final merit list.
As per the provisions of the Notice of Examination, aggregate marks secured by the candidates in Tier-I and Tier-II have been considered for short-listing the candidates to appear in Tier-III.
SSC CGL Tier 1 was held from 04 to 13 June 2019 and the result for the same was announced on 20 October. 1.7 Lakh candidates qualified for Tier 2.
