  • Reach the exam venue at least 70-75 minutes before the exam commencement to avoid late entry. 
  • It is mandatory to bring the SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2024 to the exam centre to appear in the exam.
  • Candidates must carry two passport-size recent colour photographs and original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admission Certificate, such as an Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, ID Card issued by University/ College/ School, Employer ID Card (Govt./ PSU), Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence, any other photo-bearing ID Card issued by the Central/ State Government, etc.
  • No Mobile phones in either “switched on” or “switched off” mode, Bluetooth Devices, spy cameras, or any other electronic gadgets are allowed in the examination hall. Candidates found with any of these items will be immediately disqualified. 
  • Candidates misbehaving, intimidating or threatening in any way with the exam functionaries i.e. Supervisor, Invigilator, Security Guard or Commission’s representatives etc will be disqualified.
  • If the Photo Identity Card does not have the date of birth, the aspirant must bring an additional original document (Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet issued only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards; Birth Certificate, Category Certificate) to prove their date of birth. 
  • If there is any mismatch in the date of birth printed in the Admission Certificate and photo ID/ Certificate then they will not be permitted to be a part of the examination.
  • Using unfair means in the exam hall such as copying from prohibited sources such as written text on any paper or body parts, etc is strictly not allowed.
  • Leaving the exam venue without informing anyone during the exam can lead to disqualification of the candidature.
