कक्षा 1 से 8 तक टीचर की पोस्ट पर अप्लाई करने से पहले TET क्लियर करना जरूरी - SC
TET Compulsory News: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने TET परीक्षा को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुना दिया है। टीचर की पोस्ट पर आवेदन करने वाले और नौकरी कर रहे उम्मीदवारों के लिए TET एग्जाम क्लियर करना जरूरी। अधिक जानकारी के लिए आगे लेख पढ़ें।
Supreme Court TET: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने टीचर एलिजिबिलिटी टेस्ट (TET) को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। फैसले में कहा गया है कि टीचर की पोस्ट पर बने रहने या अप्लाई करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए TET क्लियर करना जरूरी होगा, तभी वह इस नौकरी के योग्य माने जाएंगे।
राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (National Council for Teacher Education) की ओर से 29 जुलाई साल 2011 को कक्षा 1 से 8 तक की नियुक्तियों के लिए TET जरूरी कर दिया गया था।
न्यायमूर्ति दीपांकर दत्ता और न्यायमूर्ति मनमोहन की पीठ ने शिक्षकों की पात्रता से संबंधित अंजुमन इशात-ए-तालीम ट्रस्ट बनाम महाराष्ट्र राज्य एवं अन्य सहित कई दीवानी अपीलों की सुनवाई करते हुए यह फैसला सुनाया है। यह फैसला उन सभी शिक्षकों पर भी लागू होता है, जिनकी नियुक्ति इस लॉ के आने से पहले हुई थी।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के शिक्षकों के लिए दिशानिर्देश -
टीचर बनने का सपना देख रहे उम्मीदवारों को इन दिशानिर्देशों को अवश्य पढ़ना चाहिए:

कक्षा 1 से 8 तक टीचर की पोस्ट पर अप्लाई करने से पहले टीईटी पास करना जरूरी।

जो टीचर अपने पद पर कार्यरत हैं और उनकी सेवा अवधि 5 साल से अधिक रहती है। तो उन्हें पद पर बने रहने के लिए भी TET क्लियर करना होगा।

वहीं जिन शिक्षकों की अवधि अभी 5 साल से कम रहती है, वे बिना TET दिए अपनी नौकरी कर सकते हैं।
