Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Dy. General Manager (Risk Management): Any Post Graduate preferably Mathematics or Statistics OR CA, ICWAI or Any Engineering Graduate with FRM qualification or any PG/ Diploma course on Risk management.
• Dy. General Manager (Chief Economist): Doctorate or PG in Economics & MBA Finance.
• Dy. General Manager (Training): MBA and PhD in any area in HR.
• Asst. General Manager (Information Technology): BE/B.Tech Additional qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, Project Management Certification, MBA-IT/ Systems, will be given preference/ weightage.
• Asst. General Manager (Law): Post graduate or graduate in Law.
• Chief Manager (Corporate Communication): Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism.

Age Limit:

• Candidate age should not be greater than 50 years for Dy. General Manager (Risk Management) and Dy. General Manager (Training) as on 1 June 2014.
• Candidate age should be between 35 to 50 years for Dy. General Manager (Chief Economist) as on 1 June 2014.
• Candidate age should be between 35 to 45 years for Asst. General Manager (Information Technology), Asst. General Manager (Law) and Chief Manager (Corporate Communication) as on 1 June 2014.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of experience, qualification and performance in the interview.
