THSTI Notified Recruitment for 03 Various Administrative Posts 2014

THSTI (Translational Health Science and Technology Institute), Gurgaon invited applications from eligible candidates, who fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following Administrative posts purely on Contractual Basis. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 08 August 2014.

1. Management Assistant (P&A): 01 (One).
2. Executive Assistant (P&A) : 01 (One).
3. Executive Secretary:  01 (One).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate from the recognised University or Institution with post- qualification experience in the relevant field.

 Age Limit: Not Exceed 30 years as on last date of receipt of application and Age relaxation for the category candidates should be as per rules.

Pay Scale

• Rs. 9,300/- to Rs. 34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- Per Month (for post 1).
• Rs. 30,000/- Per Month (for post 2 & 3).

Application Fee 

• Application Fee (Non- Refundable) is of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Translational Health Science and Technology Institute”, payable at Gurgaon.
• SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidate are exempted from the fee payment.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.

How to Apply 

• Interested Candidates may apply ONLINE through the  THSTI Website www.thsti.res.in on or before 08 August 2014.
• After successful submission of ONLINE application take the Printout of the filled in Application Form for future requirement/ reference.
• Candidate has to send the Print out of filled Application Form with generated Application ID along with the photo copies of relevant certificates/ testimonials in support of date of birth, qualifications, experience, category (SC/ ST/ PWD), etc. with a recent colored passport size photograph should be affix on the application form and the Demand Draft may forward to the “Head Administration, Translational Health Science and Technology Institute, Plot No. – 496, Udyog Vihar, Phase – III, Gurgaon  – 122 016” on or before 14 August 2014.  

• The envelope containing the application must be super scribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____________________”.
