Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

1. Assistant General Manager (Instrumentation): B.E. /B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
2. Senior Manager (Soda Recovery): B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Pulp & Paper Technology.
3. Dy./Asst Manager/Shift Engineer (Soda Recovery): B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Pulp & Paper Technology.
4. Assistant Field Officer Trainee (Plantation/ Forestry): BSc in Agriculture or Forestry or Horticulture.
5. Deputy/Asst General Manager (Board Production): B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Pulp & Paper Technology.
6. Assistant General Manager (HR): Arts/Science/Engineering Degree and M.A. in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or HRM.
7. Assistant General Manager/Sr. Manager (Utility): B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and BOE Certificate.
8. Senior Manager/Manager (Process): B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Pulp & Paper Technology.
9. Assistant Manager/Plant Engineer (Instrumentation): B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology or Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

• Age limit

1. Assistant General Manager: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 43 years.
2. Senior Manager: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 39 years.
3. Dy. Manager: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 34 years.
4. Assistant Manager: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 29 years.
5. Shift Engineer: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years.
6. Assistant Field Officer Trainee: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 25 years.
7. Deputy General Manager: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 46 years.
8. Manager: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 37 years.
9. Plant Engineer: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years.
