No. of beneficiary institutions under ONOS is 6380 - Out of total 6,380 higher education and research institutions, 451 state public universities, 4,864 colleges and 172 institutes of national importance are part of initiative.
3. Automatic Train Protection (ATP)-Kavach
Automatic Train Protection (ATP) is a train safety system designed to ensure that a train’s speed remains within the limits set by the signalling system. The Automatic Train Protection (ATP) system that represents a breakthrough in indigenous technology is known as Kavach.
- The journey of Kavach's development started with the first field trials conducted on passenger trains in February 2016.
- Indian Railways was officially adopted the National Automatic Train Protection (ATP) system in July 2020.
- A total of Rs. 1,547 crore has been utilized for Kavach-related works so far.

4. Hockey India League: Prasar Bharati signs MoU with Hockey India
