Pay Scale

• Operational Trainee (Welder): Rs.17879/- per month (BP-Rs.9490/- + DARs. 8389/-)
• Operational Trainee (Elect): Rs.17879/- per month (BP-Rs.9490/- + DARs. 8389/-)
• Operational Trainee (Laboratory Assistant): Rs.17879/- per month (BP-Rs.9490/- + DARs. 8389/-)
• Graduate Operational Trainee (Chemical): During 1^st year of training – Rs.21685/- per month (BP-Rs.11510/- + DA – Rs.10175/-) and during 2^nd year of training – Rs.11855/- plus DA as prevalent during 2nd year.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Operational Trainee (Welder):  SSLC and National Trade Certificate in the Trade of Welder with 1 year Trade Apprenticeship training in any industry and passed in NAC examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training in Welder Trade (NCVT).
• Operational Trainee (Elect): SSLC and National Trade Certificate in the Trade of Electrician with 1 year Trade Apprenticeship training in any industry and passed in NAC examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training in Electrician Trade (NCVT).
• Operational Trainee (Laboratory Assistant): Matriculation and NCVT in the trade of Laboratory Assistant.
• Graduate Operational Trainee (Chemical): BSc with Physics, Chemistry & Maths and should have adequate knowledge of computer.

Age limit

• The maximum age of the candidates shall not exceed 35 years as on 30 June 2014.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection process

Candidate will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/Trade Test/Interview.
