UGC NET December 2012: Manipur University Declared Sub-centre wise Allotment of Roll Number

Manipur University declared sub-centre wise allotment of Roll No. of the candidates for UGC National Eligibility Test to be held on 30 December 2012. Candidates may acquire information of venue address for the examination as per their subjects and subject codes on the website of the University.

Around 2863 candidates will appear for the examination from the five sub-centres selected by the University. Candidates must carefully check and verify their Roll no. in the pdf link mentioned above and write down the Venue along with the address allotted to them on their admit cards.

Applicants are requested to bring any of their photo IDs such as Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, College ID, Employee ID etc. to prove their candidature for the UGC NET examination. Candidates must not forget to carry their admit cards on the day of examination as entry without admit card is not allowed. 

The UGC NET examination will comprise of three papers, out of which, the first paper will be common to all and general in nature based on teaching & research aptitude and general awareness. The rest of the two papers shall be based on the subject selected by the candidates.

Manipur University is situated at Canchipur, Imphal -the capital city of Manipur and received the assent of the President in 2005.The campus is sprawled over the historic Canchipur old palace of Manipur "The Langthabal Konung" (Palace), which was established by Maharaja Ghambhir Singh in 1827 AD. The University has chosen by UGC for Coordination of the examination for the award of Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Lectureship to be held on 30 December 2012 in Manipur.
