University of Hyderabad announced Admission Notification for Distance Education Courses- 2014

    University of Hyderabad invited applications for admission to various Distance Education Courses- 2014. Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed application form on or before 31 January 2014. The University of Hyderabad (UoH), one of the major institutions of higher education in India is largely devoted to postgraduate studies and is widely known for its excellence in research and for its distinguished faculty. It is founded in 1974.

    Eligibility Criteria for Admission

    Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management (PGDPM): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Library Automation & Networking (PGDLAN): Any graduate in Library Science from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws & Intellectual Property Rights (PGDCL&IPR): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Communicative English (PGDCE): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Criminal Justice & Forensic Science (PGDCJ&FS): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Governance (PGDG): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Rights (PGDHR): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Translation Studies in Hindi (PGDTSH): Any graduate with Hindi as one of the subjects from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Telecommunications (PGDTC): Any graduate with Maths and Physics or Electronics as subjects from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Medicinal Botany (PGDMB): Any graduate from a recognized University.
    Post-Graduate Diploma in Chemical Analysis & Quality Management (PGDCAQM): Any Graduate with Chemistry or B.Pharma graduate from a recognized University.

    Application Fee
    Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.300/- in the form of DD from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of "The Finance Officer University of Hyderabad" payable at Hyderabad.

    Selection Criteria
    Candidate’s selection for admission to the courses will be made on the basis of Merit, Past Academic Record and Professional experience.

    How to apply
    • Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application forms in person on cash payment of Rs 350/- and application forms can also be downloaded from the University website: www.uohyd.ac.in
    • The application form should be sent to the Registrar, CDVL Golden threshold, Abids, Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad- 500001 along with all relevant certificates and enclosures and DD on or before 31 January 2014.
