Structure of UP Board Class 10 Mathematics Guess Paper 2018

• The question paper consists of 7 questions (divided into sub categories).

प्रश्न :  निम्नलिखित आँकड़ों का बहुलक ज्ञात कीजिए-

उत्तर: 5, 6, 8, 6, 7, 6, 5, 7, 8, और 9 में 6 की बारम्बार सबसे अधिक बार है, अतः बहुलक 6 होगा।

प्रश्न : एक लम्वृतीय शंकु के आधार की परिधि 24π सेमी तथा ऊर्ध्व ऊंचाई 5 सेमी है| उसका आयतन ज्ञात कीजिए|

उत्तर : माना शंकु के आधार की त्रिज्या r सेमी है

आधार की परिधि = 2πr = 24π

                  r = 12

      शंकुं की ऊंचाई h = 5 सेमी

शंकु का आयतन = 1/3 πr²h = 1/3π × (12)²×5

                  = 1/3π ×12×12×5

                  = π×12×4×5

                  = 240π सेमी³

प्रश्न :  एक कर्मचारी की वित्तीय वर्ष 2012-13 में आय 5,60,000 रु० थी | उन्होंने 5,000 रु० प्रति माह सामान्य भविष्य निति खाते में और 25,000 रु० वार्षिक जीवन बिमा पॉलिसी प्रीमियम जमा किये तथा 30,000 रु० के राष्ट्रीय बचत पत्र ख़रीदे | कर्मचारी द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष के अंतिम माह में चुकाए गए आयकर की धन राशी ज्ञात कीजिए| आयकर की धारा 80c के अंतगर्त सामान्य भविष्य निति, जीवन बिमा प्रीमियम तथा राष्ट्रीय बचत पत्र आदि में जमा का कुल 1,00,000 रु० तक आयकर में मुक्त है | आयकर की दरें निम्नलिखित हैं-

How to manage the stress of a bad exam and prepare better for the next exam?

उत्तर: वार्षिक आय = 5,60,000 रु०

   सामान्य भविष्य निति खाते में जमा राशी = 60,000 रु०

            राष्ट्रीय बचत योजना में जमा राशी = 30,000 रु०

   वार्षिक जीवन बिमा पॉलिसी में जमा राशी = 25, 000  रु०

कुल जमा राशी = ( 60,000 + 30,000 + 25,000) =115,000 रु०

कर योग्य आय = वार्षिक आय - कुल जमा राशी

            = 5,60,000 रु० - 115,000 रु०

             = 4,45,000 रु०

चूँकि आयकर की धारा 80c के अंतगर्त सामान्य भविष्य निति, जीवन बिमा प्रीमियम तथा राष्ट्रीय बचत पत्र आदि में जमा का कुल 1,00,000 रु० तक आयकर में मुक्त है, और कुल जमा राशी 115,000 रु० जिसके 15,000 रु० कर योग्य में जायेगा |

 कुल कर योग्य आय = 4,45,000 रु० + 15,000 रु०

                    = 4,60,000 रु०

            आयकर = (4,60,000 रु० - 2,00,000 रु०)

             आयकर = 26,0000 रु०

चूँकि 2,00,000 रु० से अधिक की राशी पर 10% है,

           आयकर = 26,0000 रु० × 10 / 100 = 26,000 रु०

     अब, शिक्षा कर = 26,000 रु० × 3 / 100

          शिक्षा कर = 780 रु०   

            कुल कर = शिक्षा कर + आयकर

                    = 780 रु० +  26,000 रु०

                    = 26,780 रु०
