UPPCS Prelims 2014:How to Start Preparation

    Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission recently notified the Uttar Pradesh Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services 2014 Exam commonly called as UPPCS 2014. The UPPCS Exam is the most coveted and difficult exam after UPSC’s IAS Prelims. Often the candidates find it difficult to start the preparation and the start is very important because "Well Start is Half Done".
