- Go to UPPSC official website www.uppsc.up.nic.in
- Click on the link “Click here to download admit card for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Preliminary Examination - 2019 [PCS / ACF-RFO] under Advt. No.- A-2/E-1/2019”, given on the homepage
- Enter the personal details (exactly same as entered in UPPSC Application Form)
- Click on the "Download Admit Card" button
- Your UPPSC PCS Admit Card 2019 will appear on your screen
- Take a print out and save it for a future use
