UPSC Central Armed Police Forces Examination 2016: Apply for Assistant Commandant Posts

THE UPSC invited applications for UPSC Assistant Commandants In Central Armed Police Forces Examination 2016 for recruitment to the post for Assistant Commandant in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). The candidates eligible for the post can apply for DAF through the prescribed format on or before 30 September 2016.

Important dates:

Last Date of DAF Application: 30 September 2016.

Candidates should have completed minimum Intermediate or equivalent from a recognised Board, on order to be eligible for the examination.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit in examination, PET, PST, Medical test and Personality Test. Candidates should posses required Physical stature and should be medically fit as per the UPSC Norms and Should qualify PET in order to be eligible.

The written examination will comprise of Two Papers: Paper I and Paper II,

Paper I: It will constitute of question on General Ability and Intelligence, It will be of Objective type (Multiple-choice) questions, it will be of total 250 Marks

Paper II: It will constitute of General Studies Essay and Comprehension, it will be of total 200 Marks
