Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of the written examination for the Special Class Railway Apprentices (SCRA) Examination held on 12 January 2014. The personality test was conducted on 7 July and 16 July 2014. This is the final result and hereafter the candidates will be undergoing the process of appointment as Special Class Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railways. A total number of 57 candidates have been selected for appointment.
The recommended candidates will have to go through medical examination conducted by the Ministry of Railways. The medical examination will be carried on within 21 days from the date of declaration of final result.
