Union Public Service Commission announced results for Combined Medical Services Examination, 2012. The selected candidates are recommended for appointment to medical posts in the Railways, Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service, Central Government Health Services, Municipal Corporation of Delhi and New Delhi Municipal Council on the result of the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2012 held by the Union Public Service Commission on 17 June 2012. The personality test for the UPSC Combined Medical Service Examination was conducted from 29 October 2012 to 7 December 2012. The total numbers of 672 candidates are recommended for appointment including 250 General Candidates (including 14 Physically Challenged candidates), 277 candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes (including 08 Physically Challenged candidates), 83 candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (including 04 Physically Challenged candidates) and 62 Scheduled Tribe candidates.
