Application Fee: OMR Application forms can be obtained by paying application fees of Rs 130 for General and OBC category candidates and Rs 90 for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates of Uttarakhand.
The fee needs to be paid in the form of DD/ IPO in favor of Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Haridwar. Candidates should write their name and address at the back of the DD/ IPO.
