Eligibility Criteria for TGT and PGT Post

Educational/ Technical Qualification:

• TGT (Maths, English, Hindi) - B.A./B.Sc.(Hons) with 45% marks in aggregate (with Maths/Hindi/English as one of the main subject), B.Ed and CTET qualified from CBSE.
• TGT (Natural  Science) - B.Sc.(Hons/Pass) with 45% Marks in aggregate, B.Ed and CTET qualified from CBSE.
• TGT(S.Science) - Bachelor's Degree(Pass/Hons) with 45% Marks in aggregate (with the atleast two main subject(a) History (b) Pol.Sc. (c) Economics (d)Geography) , B.Ed and CTET qualified from CBSE.
• TGT (Music) - B.A. with music as one subject or Hr. Sec. with Sangeet Visharad/Sangeet Vid/Sangeet Praphakar/Final Exam./Hr.Exam./Sangeet Ratan Diploma from the respective institutes as mentioned in the notified recruitment Rule.
• PGT (Chemistry) - M.Sc.(Chemistry) and B.Ed.
• PGT (History) - M.A.(History) and B.Ed.
• PGT (Physical Education) - B.P.Ed or B.P.E or B.Sc. in health and Physical Education and Degree in sports at least 55% marks OR B.P.ED Degree /B.P.ED (integrated) four years professional degree in accordance with the National Council for teacher Education with minimum 50% marks At least 50% marks in B.P.Ed with at least 55% marks or B.P.E. course(or its equivalent) of three years duration with at least 50% marks in accordance with the National Council for teacher Education. M.P.Ed of minimum two years duration from any National Council for teacher Education recognized institution.
