Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Master degree in Agricultural Science (Agronomy) or [Plant Breeding/Seed Science & Technology/ Genetics (with Plant Breeding as major subject)] or (Plant Pathology/Entomology/ Nematology/ Plant Protection) or Equivalent qualifications, Bachelor degree in Agriculture or Agriculture/Science with Botany and Chemistry or Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology, 12^th & 10^th class passed.

Age Limit

• Between 18 to 35 years for post no. 1, 2 & 3.
• Between 18 to 30 years for post no. 4 to 8.
• Between 18 to 27 years for post no. 9.

Application fee

• Candidates have to pay Bank Draft of Rs.500/- for posts No. 1 to 3 and Rs.200/- for posts No. 4 to 9 drawn in favour of the Director, VPKAS (ICAR), Almora payable at SBI, Almora.
• SC/ST/Women/Physical Handicapped candidates are exempted from fees.

Selection Process

Selection process will be done on the basis of performance in interview/test.
