Eligibility Criteria for WAPCOS Limited Engineer Trainees & Deputy Manager Post:

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Deputy Manager (HR): Graduation, MBA/PGDM, Degree in HR with Knowledge of Hindi and English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Engineer Trainees/experienced Engineers: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology in respective discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate taking average of all the semesters/years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/University (mandatory).

Age Limit:

• Deputy Manager (HR): Not more than 40 years
• Engineer Trainees/experienced Engineers (Electronics & Instrumentation): Not more than 30 years
• Engineer Trainees/experienced Engineers (Electrical &Electronics): Not more than 32 years
• Engineer Trainees/experienced Engineers (Electronics & Communication): Not more than 30 years
• Engineer Trainees/experienced Engineers (Civil): Not more than 27 years
• Engineer Trainees/experienced Engineers (Electrical): Not more than 27 years
  

Selection Process for WAPCOS Limited Engineer Trainees & Deputy Manager Post:

Selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of performance in Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview.
