After checking WBJEE 2018 Result, successful candidates were eagerly waiting for the e-counselling schedule which has been released by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) now. The online registration for WBJEE e-counselling has already started from June 9. The candidates who successfully cracked WBJEE 2018 need to register online at wbjeeb.nic.in before June 15, if they want to participate in WBJEE 2018 counselling procedure. There will be three rounds of the seat allotment in WBJEE 2018 counselling.

The different steps of WBJEE 2018 e-counselling process are given below:
1. Registration:
In the very first step, candidates need to register themselves at wbjeeb.nic.in to appear for WBJEE 2018 e-counselling. The candidates also need to pay the non refundable counselling fee. To register for WBJEE 2018 e-counselling process, students can follow the steps given below:
- Visit the official website i.e., wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Click on the link “Online Registration and Choice Filling”.
- Now, click on the link “New Candidate Registration”.
- Select any one options out of WBJEE seats only, JEE (Main) seats only and Both (WBJEE and JEE Main) seats. Fill the required details according to the option selected like for WBJEE seats only, students need to then roll number, application number, name, date of birth and security pin (displaying on the screen).
- Click on the submit button.
2. Online Choice Filling and Locking:
After registration, students need to fill the choice and lock it according to their priority. Students can fill as many as choices. Students can lock any course offered through WBJEE 2018 in any participating institutes.
3. Seat Allotment:
After the locking of the choices by the candidates, the seat will be allotted to them on basis of their preferences, ranks and availability of seat only.
4. Physical Reporting:
After the seat allotment, students need to visit the nearest reporting centers for document verification, initial fee payment, collection of allotment cards, withdrawal of admission. The candidates should take the documents given below:
- Rank card (JEE Main 2018 or WBJEE 2018),
- Provisional allotment letter,
- Confirmation page of WBJEE 2018,
- Class 10 certificate and marksheet,
- Class 12 marksheet,
- Caste certificate (If applicable),
- Physically challenge certificate (If applicable)
- Income certificate for TWF category verification
- Domicile certificate (If applicable) and
- Yes or No upgradation form
