West Bengal Public Service Commission, invited applications for the teaching posts of Assistant Master and Mistress Post. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 07 March 2017.

Eligibility criteria for Assistant Master/ Mistress (Arabic,English,Bengali,Mathematics,Physics/Chemistry,Geography), is a second class Honors or second class Master’s Degree in relevant subject from a recognized University. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or its equivalent recognized by the national Council for Teacher Education. Qualified in the Paper –II of Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by an appropriate under the Central Government or the State Government as per guidelines by the National Council for Teacher Education and Ability to teach respective subject

While age Limit for Assistant Master and Mistress Post Job is not less than 21 years and not more than 32 Years. However, there is age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women, as per Govt. Rules.
