Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment in Western Railways

Educational Qualification: The candidates must possess minimum of Graduation for some post in Group C (posts a – post e) and for remaining posts, the candidates must be a SSC/ Matriculation pass out

Age Limit (as on 1 July 2012): Minimum 18 years; Maximum 25 years

Selection Procedure for Recruitment in Western Railways

The candidates will be called for a trail and those candidates who are fit will be called for Personal Interview

The candidates need to apply through the prescribed Application format as available on the website http://www.wr.indianrailways.gov.in/ and send it to Senior Sports Officer, Western Railway Sports Association, Headquarter Office, Churchgate, Mumbai- 400020 along with other requisites and Application Fee

Application Fee: Rs 60 (for Group C post a- post e) and Rs 40 (for the remaining posts) in the form of Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Western Railway Sports Association, Mumbai. (SC/ ST/ Women/ Minorities/ Economically Backward Classes are exempted from payment of application fee)
