Xavier School of Management (XLRI) will hold GNOSIS 2016, which is their annual finance symposium. GNOSIS will be conducted Mumbai on November 5, 2016. The 7th edition of the symposium will be held at ‘The Westin’.
The symposium aims to bring together industry stalwarts, policy makers, regulators and entrepreneurs. All the eminent personalities will be discussing their views on issues that are the next big catalysts in the financial landscape of India. The symposium is organised by the Finance Association at XLRI (FINAX). The theme for GNOSIS 2016 is “Changing Landscape of Banking & Financial Services.”
The keynote address will be delivered by Mr PS Jayakumar – MD & CEO, Bank of Baroda. Another highlight of the conference is going to be two panel discussions on “Asset Quality challenges and Impact of technology in banking’’ and ‘’Fintech: Disruption in the Industry’’. This discussion wil feature the well-known corporate leaders such as Mr Ananth Venkat – MD & Regional Head, Standard Chartered; Mr Ajay Mahajan- Group Executive President, IDFC Bank Limited; and Special Guest Sessions by Mr AP Hota – MD & CEO, National Payments Corporation of India; Mr Samit Ghosh – Founder & CEO, Ujjivan Financial Services amongst other distinguished guests.

XLRI was founded in 1949 by a few visionary Jesuit Fathers to bring a change in the society. The institute always strives to be a management school with a difference.
