Chris Gayle, also known as the “Universe Boss” was an explosive opener for the West Indies. He leads the chart with the most number of sixes in the T20 World Cup. A total of 63 sixes has been hit by him in 33 matches during his stint from 2007 to 2021.

Rohit Sharma, the current Indian captain and opener, with 50 sixes in 46 matches has climbed to the second spot in the all time list of players with most sixes in the T20 World Cup. He is the first Indian to hit 50 sixes in T20 World Cup and also the first batsman to score 200 plus sixes in T20's.

Jos Butler, the English captain and wicket-keeper batsman known for his explosive hitting abilities is the third on the list. He has played 35 matches and hit 43 sixes.
David Warner

David Warner, the diminutive opener from Australia, is fourth on the list of players with most sixes in the T20 World Cup. He has hit 40 sixes in 41 matches so far, and as Australia failed to qualify for the semis of T20 World Cup 2024, he will not be able to add more to his tally in the current edition.
