CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the detailed process for raising dispute against the recently released CBSE Board Results 2021 for both Class 10 and 12 students. The unique approach of allowing students to raise disputes against the CBSE 10th and 12th Results 2021 has been adopted by the board as for 2021 session, the board exams were cancelled and the results were tabulated on the basis of alternative assessment policy. This new policy took performance of students in their previous classes as benchmark for calculating the marks to be awarded to the students. Types of Disputes that Students Can Raise
In total, the dispute resolution document issued by the CBSE board mentions four different types of disputes that students can raise against their results.
Type 1 and Type 2 Disputes
This includes Type 1 and Type 2 disputes that are regarding computation of results. Any student who is not satisfied with the CBSE Board Result 2021 prepared by the board on the basis of the 40:30:30 formula, can choose to raise dispute under these. For such disputes, students can make the representation to the principal of the school for verification and reply by the school to the candidate concerned. Type 3 Dispute
The Type 3 dispute deals with disputes regarding wrong computation / uploading of result. Such disputes are not be raised by the students but are realized by the the result committee itself. In case of type 3 dispute, the result committee observes that a mistake has been committed by them in calculation/feeding the marks / any other factual mistake has occurred during the tabulation of marks and decides to take corrective action for it.

Type 4 Dispute
The final type of dispute against the CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2021 can be raised against the result tabulation policy itself. However, as the policy has judicial backing and approval of the apex court, such disputes would have to be dealt in a similar fashion.
