CBSE class 10, 12 Exam Pattern: The Central Board of Secondary Education has decided to change the question paper pattern for the class 10 and 12 board examinations. According to reports, the students appearing for the class 10 and 12 CBSE examinations will now have to answer 20 percent objective questions in the board examinations instead of the 10 percent of objective questions which was the earlier exam pattern.
The new rule will be implemented by the board from the 2020-21- academic session and the board has reportedly sent the order to the affiliated schools.
According to the order released by the board, the proposed examinations for the 29 subjects of class 10 and 12 students have been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The rule regarding the 20 percent objective questions in the examination will not be applicable for the class 10 and 12 CBSE exams which have been postponed due to the COVID-19.
Along with the 20 percent objective questions, the board has also changed the chapters of the different subjects. As per the order, the Solid State Chapter in Chemistry for the Secondary level 15 group topics of P Block has been removed from the 11th and 12 classes.
