Haryana School Timings: With the Winter Season coming to a close, the Haryana State Government has decided to revise timings for Schools based in the state. Latest order shared by the Directorate of School Education; Haryana has said that Schools in Haryana will now operate in the morning session starting from 8 AM in the morning until 2:30 PM in the afternoon. The decision regarding change in School timings of Haryana Government will come into effect from 1st March 2022. It is important to note that the School Timings for Haryana Schools have been changed for both students as well as teachers.

To ensure that the news about change in school timings for Haryana Schools reaches all the relevant stakeholders including students, DPR Haryana Informed the same to the students online via Twitter. In a tweet sent out from their official account the Directorate of Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, Haryana informed that School Timings for Students have been changed from 8AM to 2:30 PM.

The tweet read "Haryana government has changed the school timings from 1st March 2022. Now schools will open from 8 am to 2:30 pm. In this regard, the Directorate of School Education has issued instructions to all District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers."
