Magadh University has introduced an online portal for submission of examination form starting with degree Part – I program. With this system into effect, the varsity decided to do away with the OMR or Optimal Mark Recognition system that it has been following for more than a decade. Binod Singh. Controller of Examinations, MU notified about the switch over from OMR to the online system of examination form submission on 11th December 2019. Candidates of 2018-19 degree session can now fill in the examination form for their Part – I program online. The last date of submitting the online application form without late fee is 19th December 2019.
Students submitting their online examination form of Magadh University between 20th and 23rd December 2019 will be required to deposit a late fee. The online examination form submission process will be finally over on 23rd December 2019. Students will be required to visit the official website of the university and follow the guideline for submission of the examination form. As per the instructions, examinees will be required to download the examination form submission receipt and pay the examination fee at the college counter as per the dare specified on the receipt.
Students enrolled in MU affiliated colleges after the creation of the Pataliputra University will be able to avail the facility for submission of the online examination form. This includes colleges located in five districts of Magadh division – Aurangabad, Jehanabad, Nawada, Gaya and Arwal. However, students of colleges now enrolled with Pataliputra University who had partially passed or failed in the Part – I degree exam (2017-18) will be required to submit their examination forms manually in their respective colleges in Nalanda and Patna districts.
