NEET-UG 2021: The registrations for Phase 1 NEET exams have commenced on the official website for the undergraduate programmes. According to the schedule available on the official website, the last date for students to complete Phase 2 of the NEET-UG 2021 applications is October 10, 2021. NTA in a notification has also mentioned that students need to upload any documents when filling the NEET-UG Phase 2 applications.
Students who have appeared for the NEET UG exams will be able to complete the NEET-UG Phase 2 application process. In the applications, students are required to fill in only the details asked for in the applications as opposed to an earlier notification which stated that students need to enter personal details, additional details, educational details, and upload documents.
It must be noted that the documents which were needed for the NEET UG Phase 2 registrations were the category certificate, persons with disability certificate, class 10 certificate, and the citizenship certificate.
Students have however been advised to keep a copy of the required documents in hand as there is a chance that the documents may be required to be uploaded at a later stage or be required during the counselling process.

Candidates can make the necessary changes in the NEET-UG Phase 2 applications by visiting the official website and clicking on the registration link provided on the official website. After logging in candidates will be directed to the NEET UG 2021 applications form where they can make all the necessary changes and submit the applications.
