JNVST Class 9 Admission Test 2021: As per the latest update, the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has changed the examination date for the JNVST Admission Test 2021 for Class 9 students. NVS Class 9 Admission Test 2021 which was earlier to be held on 13th February will now be held on 24th February as per the revised exam date. The exam is scheduled to be held to screen candidates for lateral entry into Class 9 of Navodaya Vidyalayas located in different districts across the country. The test would be conducted in-person at the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya of the concerned district/ any other centre allotted by NVS.

Change in Date Confirmed on Admission Portal

To confirm the change in the examination date for JNVST Class 9 Admission Test 2021, the exam authority has published a notification on the application portal. The notification reads “The Lateral Entry Selection Test for admission to class IX in JNVs for the academic session 2021-22 will be held on 24.02.2021.” However, it doesn’t provide any reason because of which the admission test date has been revised or changed by the NVS. Soon, the Samiti would issue JNVST Class 9 Admission Test Admit Card to all the registered candidates online via it official website.

JNVST Class 9 2021 – Exam Pattern

The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2021 for class 9 students would be held in offline or pen-and-paper mode by the Samiti. The entrance exam would be held in-person and candidates will have to visit the designated exam centres to appear for the exam. The test would be held in both English and Hindi medium. The test paper for JNVST 2021 exam would consist of questions from Mathematics, General Science, English and Hindi subjects. Candidates would have to answer questions worth 100 marks in 2 hours and 30 minutes.
