CSJM university Exam 2019: The news filled with shock has surfaced recently for the students of CSJM university Kanpur as the university has decided to conduct the re-exam in 44 centres. The students of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University have been preparing to enter the new academic session, but with the decision of re-exam taken by the university, they will have to wait for the new session and need to appear for the re-exam. The decision of the University administration has been a shock to them.
The students have appeared for the UG and PG exam conducted by the university but they will have to reappear for the exam as there have been allegations that the students have used unfair means in the exam. The students of the 44 colleges that are affiliated to the CSJM University will now have to take the exam again. The decision to re-conduct the exam has been taken after the report of the university's UFM committee. All the affiliated colleges have been sent the notice in this regard. Soon, the re-exam will be conducted by the university.
The university has tried its level best to make sure that there are no chances of cheating in the annual exam, but the efforts went in vain. The UFM committee of the university has marked 44 such colleges, where the cases of mass cheating have surfaced. The university administration has sent notices to all such colleges on the report of the UFM committee. On the receipt of the notices, management of some colleges have sent their replies. However, the university administration are to take these exams again. According to the Controller of Exams, re-exam will be conducted for those subjects in which mass cheating has been reported.
Regarding the re-exam, the administrative officer of the University will meet the UFM committee and the decision to conduct re-exam will be taken then. Also, a list will be prepared of such colleges where mass cheating has been reported. If the colleges are found guilty, then penalty will be imposed on them. Officers close to the exam department of the university said that 5000 students will be affected with the decision of re-exam. The final results will be released only after the re-examination. They also said that the exam will be conducted in the university campus.
