The deadline for undergraduate (UG) admissions for the 2025 academic year has been extended by the University of Mumbai. The UG admission registration period for the University of Mumbai, which was previously set to close on May 23, will now be open until 1 PM on May 26. Students who are interested in taking admission must complete the online pre-registration process via the university's official admissions portal.
University of Mumbai Registration Window Extended
This extension will cover nearly three lakh seats and be applicable to all undergraduate programs offered by university-run, affiliated, and autonomous colleges. The scope includes all three-year degree programs, four-year honors and honors with research programs, and five-year combined UG-PG programs.
All applicants are reminded that in addition to completing the university's pre-registration, they must also submit separate applications to the colleges that provide the programs in which they are interested.
