Emoluments: Rs. 10000 per month (consolidated pay during training period of six months)
Rs. 14413 per month (Minimum of pay scale when candidate is on probation after completion of training)

Maximum: Below 30 years
(i.e. candidates should be born between 2 October 1983 and 1 October 1995 -- both days inclusive)
(Upper age limit is relax-able for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Nomadic Tribe candidates by 5 years)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline + proficiency in Marathi language + Knowledge of English; Preference will be given to candidates with computer knowledge.
Application Fees: Non-Refundable application fees (including Bank charges and other charges) can be paid either through ONLINE mode (using NET banking facility / Debit card) OR through OFFLINE mode.
Amount of fees to be paid as per candidates’ category
For SC / ST / NT category candidates: Rs. 50
For General category candidates: Rs. 400
Payment of fees via ONLINE mode: The online application form is integrated with the payment gateway and candidates willing to pay the fee online can do so using their Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or through the Internet Banking facility. After the photograph and signature are uploaded, an additional page for online fee payment is displayed on the screen wherein candidates are required to provide the requisite details for payment of fees. On successful completion of the online transaction, an e-receipt will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Candidates would be required to take a printout of the e-receipt and retain it for future reference.
NOTE: All prices are listed in Indian Rupee. If a candidate uses a non-Indian credit card, the bank will convert to the local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
Payment of fees via OFFLINE mode: Candidates willing to pay the fees through offline mode can do so by depositing the required amount in any branch of Abhyudaya Co-Op Bank Ltd.
These candidates would be required to take a printout of the system generated fee payment challan, immediately after the submission of the online application form, and deposit the fees at any branch of the Abhyudaya Co-op Bank Ltd. from 2nd working day after registration. The payment should be made within 3 working days using the System generated challan. The Registration process is completed as soon as the fee is deposited. Candidate will receive a Registration confirmation SMS / e-mail after 2 working days from the date of payment of fees.
3 days after the fee payment, candidates will be able to take a print out of the submitted application form along with the fee details mentioned on it. They should retain it for future reference.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Online Test and Interview.
The 2 hour (120 minutes) Online Test will be conducted in English. All eligible candidates will be called for the 200 marks Objective type test aimed to assess candidates’ Reasoning Ability, knowledge of English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) and Computer Knowledge.
Candidates will be short-listed for Interview on the basis of marks obtained in the online test. The list of candidates shortlisted for Interview will be made available on Bank’s website.
Final selection will be on the basis of the rank accorded after adding the marks obtained in the online test and Interview.
Appointment of selected candidates is subjected to his/her being declared medically fit.
The online test will be conducted in Mumbai (tentatively).
Candidates qualifying for the Interview will have to produce all Original Certificates / documents and print out of the online application for verification.
Negative Marking: One fourth of the marks assigned to a question or 0.25 marks will be deducted as penalty for each wrong answer;
However, if a question is left blank, i.e., no answer is marked, there will be no penalty for that question.
Call letters for Online Examination: All eligible candidates will be able to download call letters from the Bank’s website www.abhyudayabank.co.in by entering their Registration Number and Password / date of birth.
The call letters will be made available for download about 10 days before the date of examination and a SMS & e-mail communication about availability of the call letters for download will be sent to the candidates.
Candidates will have to produce a valid photo identity proof and Call Letter for verification and submit a copy of the ID proof and call letter, in original, at the time of online examination, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can apply online through Bank’s website www.abhyudayabank.co.in till 19 October 2013.
On successful submission of the online application, a Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system & displayed on the screen. An email / SMS intimation with the Registration Number and Password will be sent to the candidate’s email ID/ Mobile Number as a system generated acknowledgement. This Registration Number and Password can be used for reprinting the online application.
After applying, candidates should take a print out of the system generated on-line application form and retain it along with Registration Number & Password for future reference. The print out of the on-line application will have to be submitted at the time of Interview.
NOTE: Candidates should furnish correct Mobile number / email address to receive the registration confirmation.
