Q: I had applied for UGC NET examination to be held on 30 December 2012 but haven’t received admit card yet. Can you please tell when will I get my admit card?
A: You will not receive the admit card for UGC NET December 2012 examination by post or any other mode as the Coordinating University or UGC will not send any admit card individually to the mailing address of the candidates. The systems generated admit card obtained after filling online application form is your valid admission certificates. You must carry this certificate to the test centres on the day of examination.
To seek the test venue, you must visit the website of the coordinating university that you had chosen for submitting print out of your application form with other relevant documents. Each coordinating university uploaded the list of test venues allotted to the candidates for the examination on its website. You can find the details of the test centre as per your Roll No. and subject in the list. Besides, you should carefully check and verify your Roll No. and note down the test venue along with the address on your admission certificate. In case, you have forgotten to submit the application form/ attendance slip to the concerned coordinating university, you must carry two copies of admission certificates to the allotted test centre.
In addition to admission certificate, you are requested to carry any of your Photo IDS such as Voter ID, Adhar Card, Driving License, College ID, Employee card etc to prove your candidature for the examination. You are requested to read and strictly adhere to the guidelines related to this examination mentioned on the website of UGC.
