Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Air India Customer Service Agent: candidate should be graduate from a recognised university and candidate should have minimum one year experience of airlines/reputed travel agency or diploma from IATA/Recognized training institute in ticketing/reservation/ sales (Aviation) and should be proficient in Hindi, English and vernacular language.
